Pilates builds the strength, control, and body awareness that dancers need for longevity in their training and performance. What to Expect
Pilates consists of work on the mat, reformer and other apparatuses used to best support the body. Sessions are 1:1 for 55 minutes. Clients are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing they can move in. Grippy socks are required OR client can be barefoot.
Must be age 12 or older to participate in pilates lessons.
Can be in person or virtual.

New Client 3 Pack $220
New clients get their first 3 pilates sessions with the purchase of a new client special. Sessions are 60 mins, 1:1. One per client.

Single training session in person in West Chester, PA or virtually at $85 per session. Private sessions are 60 minutes.
